Lise Kossick- Kouri
Project Coordinator
Lise is a recent graduate from the
University
of
Saskatchewan
and she is starting a new position at the SAKs Centre at Nutana Collegiate. Her time spent as an active Board member for her daughter’s daycare has inspired her interest in working with children and parents. She has traveled to several countries and as a child lived in
Mozambique
and later held a volunteer position with the National Volunteer Service of Papua New Guinea, lending to her avid interest in language and social justice, including youth empowerment. Lise is a proud high-school graduate from Nutana and she now holds a degree in French. She designs and handcrafts jewelry, running a booth at the Saskatoon Farmer’s Market for two years. Lise has studied and worked as a student parent and her life experiences have provided her with a personal foundation and interest in community development and the not-for-profit sector.

Kristine Divall
Project Coordinator
Kristine will be continuing her work at the Student and Kids Centre this year as project coordinator. Kristine graduated from the
University
of
Saskatchewan
with an Education degree and worked for four years as an elementary school teacher abroad. Being a part of communities overseas has inspired her to become more connected with her own community in
Saskatoon
. She supports and values the importance of community development and its contrbution to Nutana Collegiate. Kristine has a young daughter and in this role she has gained a full understanding of student parent life. In her spare time Kristine has started a small business designing and sewing children’s clothes. Kristine’s life experiences have steered her interest in youth empowerment and leading a holistic lifestyle.
“I am very excited to continue my work at the Student and Kids Centre this year. I knew from the very first time I entered the centre it was going to be a brilliant and inspiring place to work. Seeing students reach their goals and be successful in their roles as parents and students is the best part of the job.”
