Mission

The Mission of the Student and Kids Centre is to offer programming to student parents as well as to provide counselling, support, information, and referral services. Our aim is to enable student parents to become more successful in parenting, living and education. The overall goals of the project are aimed at assisting student parents to:

- continue their education

- develop into productive, contributing adults

- become effective, interactive parents.

Vision

The vision of the Student and Kids Centre is to continue to grow and to develop as a support service for student parents attending Nutana Collegiate. It is also our goal to broaden our connections within the community by partnering with other agencies to offer more programming and opportunities for our student parents. We measure the success of the program by the success of the student parents of Nutana. Our vision is to help as many student parents in any way we can to complete school and to continue to reach their goals in the future.
